Existing concrete floors should be sound and free from loose material, damaged areas should be repaired with a Mortar prior to the coating application.

It is very important to ensure the curing agent and resin is thoroughly mixed together. Mix the two components individually and then the entire contents of the curing agent should be added to the entire contents of the resin pack and stirred thoroughly until uniform colour is achieved (3-5 minutes) using an electric drill and mixing paddle. Work around the sides and base so all liquid is incorporated to ensure thorough and complete mixing. Once the product is an even consistency and uniform colour decant into a shallow tray ready for application.

Application

Apply the mixed material to the suitable prepared floor by brush or roller, ensure complete coverage of the floor area.  Apply the second coat within 24 hours of the first.
