A high performance acrylic sealer for garages, warehouses, workshops and all porous concrete surfaces. It prevents dusting, repels dirt, oil, fuel stains and makes the area much easier to keep clean. Easily applied to new or old surfaces with a soft broom, only one application is required for most surfaces.

Limitations
Only suitable for porous surfaces. Do not use if any type of surface sealing product has previously been used or if the surface has been power-floated. Do not use externally when wet weather is forecast.

Surface Preparation
Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from any contaminants such as oil, grease, algae and efflorescence. Usually a good sweep to remove dust and dirt is sufficient. The surface must be dry in order for the sealer to be able to penetrate. Oily, or greasy areas can be prepared with FixMaster Bio-Clean degreaser, thoroughly washed and allowed to dry. New concrete should not be treated until the surface is sufficiently dry to absorb the solution.

Application
Apply within a temperature range of 10-30°C, do not use at temperatures below 10°C. Shake container thoroughly before use and pour directly on to the floor from the container. Brush the solution out using a soft broom making sure that you are working it well into the surface. Allow the surface to absorb as much as it can without allowing the solution to pool, sweep any excess solution away and do not allow to dry on the surface. One coat is usually sufficient, however very open textured, porous floors may require a second coat. Allow the surface to dry for 1-2 hours before recoating.
