Epoxy Floor Prime WB is a two component solvent free epoxy resin primer designed to improve the adhesion of FixMaster coatings to difficult substrates. Can be applied to smooth non-porous surfaces such as quarry tiles, ceramic tiles, power floated and aluminium. The characteristics of such surfaces can vary and for this reason a test area is advisable to ensure adequate adhesion. Epoxy Floor Prime is suitable to be over-coated with a wide variety of floor coating and formulations, however, if in doubt we recommend an area to test for suitability. Epoxy Floor Prime WB is the perfect solution for smaller areas where mechanical preparation would be difficult. FixMaster Epoxy Floor Prime WB cures to a clear finish and is suitable to be over-coated in 24 hours.

Curing time: touch dry in 8 hours, overcoat 24-48 hours at 15-20°C
Coverage: approximately 30m² per 5L, one coat is generally sufficient
Pot Life: 40 minutes
Shelf life and Storage: one year in sealed containers. Do not allow to freeze. Ideally store between 10-25°C.

Application

Bio-Clean Degreaser can be use neat on heavily soiled areas or diluted with up to 20 parts water as a general maintenance cleaner. Always test on a  hidden  portion  of  the substrate before application. Apply Bio-Clean liberally working in to the substrate with a soft broom. Allow to act for 3-4 minutes for light contamination and 5-10  minutes for heavily contaminated areas (for areas with very heavy, penetrated grime a second application may be necessary). Whilst the area is still wet, flush the area with clean water making sure all residues of cleaning agent are removed.
