Curing time: at 20°C the area can be opened to light traffic after 24 hours
Primer required?:  very porous surfaces should be sealed with Epoxy Prime 100
Coverage: 5m² per kg at 200 microns thick
Number of coats: One coat is normally sufficient, some surfaces may require a 2nd coat for a completely uniform colour
Shelf life: one year in sealed containers

Surface Preparation

In all cases surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free from any oil or contaminants. Thorough preparation is required to ensure maximum performance. Concrete should ideally be mechanically abraded to remove surface laitance. If this is not possible the surface should beacid etched and allowed to thoroughly dry before coating. Grease or oil should be removed with FixMaster Bio Clean (or similar degreasant) and the area washed off and allowed to dry. New concrete should be at least 28 days old with a moisture content of less than 6%.

Mixing

Mix the two components individually. Pour the smaller container into the larger and thoroughly mix for 3-5 minutes using an electric drill and mixing paddle, or wide bladed tool, working around the sides and base so all liquid is incorporated to ensure thorough and complete mixing. Once the product is an even consistency and uniform colour decant into a shallow tray ready for application.
