New concrete should be at least 4 weeks old. surfaces should be clean and dry. Smooth or new concrete should be either mechanically abraded or acid etched. Grease, oil and other contamination can be removed using FixMaster Master Bio-Clean or similar degreasant. Epoxy Coat Gloss WB can be applied over existing coatings but they must be well bonded and lightly abraded. Wooden surfaces should be abraded to remove dirt. Two or three coats may be required on porous wooden surfaces. Not recommended for use on metal or most latex levelling compounds.

Epoxy Paint Gloss WB is supplied in pre-weighed containers and should be mixed in full. Stir the two components separately before mixing together thoroughly.
Mixing should be carried out by drill with a suitable mixing attachment or wide bladed tool. Mix continuously for 2-3 minutes until a uniform colour and consistency is achieved.
Application
One coat will act as a priming and sealing coat. The second coat will provide a uniform attractive finish and can be applied as soon as the first coat is dry. Application is best in a temperature between 15-25°C with a medium pile simulated sheepskin roller. Do not apply to a floor temperature below 5°C and avoid washing the floor for 7 days.
